RETURN & REPLACEMENT
When you receive your products but for some reason decide you no longer want or need them, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return them within 14 days to the following address: Sana Naturals, Lackanmore, Ballyjamesduff, A82X2H6 Co Cavan, Ireland. The products must be unused, undamaged and in the same state they were originally sent. Please state reason for return in your correspondence.
We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning. Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit. You can use the original packaging. Once the products are received, you will be refunded. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item can not be refunded.
If products arrive damaged, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will gladly replace any damaged goods that cannot be used. Once notified we will be in touch with you with instructions as to how you can return the damaged/faulty items.
Please note that we do not give refunds on: damaged items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery, items returned after 7 days and products purchased from one of our stockists.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that we can fix the issue.
If you wish to amend your order after you have placed it, contact us by email email@example.com and we will be pleased to do this without any charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched as we usually dispatch within hours of receiving your order. We will be able to tell you if this is the case.
