After a stressful day indulge in a room full of sea and lavender scents.
Run a warm bath and add about a handful of salts to the warm water. Let the essential oils fill the room. Then slowly and mindfully enter the bath.
Breath in the scents, massage the oils into your skin and relax.
The blend has almond oil to moisturise,
Seaweed to tone and detoxify,
Sea salt which is rich in minerals to soothe,
Lavender oil to calm the mind.
Cornflower to brighten and tone the skin.
It includes dried lavender and cornflowers to float in a dreamy bath.
As there are oils in the mixture please be careful as the bath could be slippery. Calming music or mindful meditation is recommended with SOAK.
1 jar will provide you with enough salts to enjoy 3 to 4 baths.
